1. Delivery
1.1 General
Postage is free for purchases over 50 euros for Belgium. Please also check your junk folder for any emails from Nectar & Co and mark our email address, compta@nectar-co.com, as not spam.
1.2 Bpost
Somebody must be present to accept deliveries.
If nobody is there when the delivery arrives, Bpost will leave you a card and you will be able to collect your order at your local post office.
Because collection times by Bpost have changed and, in order to guarantee the same level of service, we have been forced to change our order deadline to 11am. Thank you for your understanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any clarifications.
The delivery period is generally 24 hours.
2. Packaging
To make sure your items are protected, we pack them:
in a padded envelope if they are small items
in a cardboard box, with appropriate packing material, for larger orders
We use as many 100% environmentally friendly packaging materials as possible:
recyclable cardboard
cardboard or packaging material from our suppliers: for environmental reasons, it would be a pity not to reuse this material
100% recycled kraft paper or 100% biodegradable organic FloPack cushioning chips or flakes (you can make them disappear in a few seconds by spraying them with water or burying them. You can also use them for arts and crafts activities with children).
100% recycled Eco-Logic brown paper packing tape
N.B.: we do not include invoices or delivery notes in our orders for the sake of the environment. Your invoice will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation.
3. Returns
You have 14 days to return one or more items that you are not happy with.

Return costs:
If you would like a full refund for your order when returning an item: you must pay return costs;
If you would like a full or partial refund when returning an item that was on offer or reduced: you must pay return costs;
In all other circumstances, we will pay all return costs as long as you use the label that we send you. IMPORTANT: When you are paying to return an item, the parcel must be sent by tracked or signed-for delivery.
